Our litigation practice focuses on civil cases in California’s federal and state courts.  Our clients range from individuals to Fortune 500 companies who deal with the commercial, intellectual property, and product related disputes.  Our experience includes commercial matters, consumer class actions, patents, copyrights, trademarks and challenges to business practices in a diverse set of industries that range from semiconductors, lasers, wireless consumer products, and software to nutraceuticals, food, and innovative paper products.
